Public corrections log

Every substantive correction we've made, newest first. Typos and wording changes are excluded see the policy above for what counts.

  1. What was wrong: Legacy contact details and a non-GBP price reference persisted on some pages after our UK-only repositioning.

What we changed: Standardised every page on the London registered address, info@beingecom.com and GBP-only pricing; added automated checks so a non-GBP symbol fails review.

  2. What was wrong: Entry pricing for paid media was inconsistent between the pricing page and individual service pages.

What we changed: Aligned all service pages to the £3,000/month minimum for paid media retainers and made pricing.ts the single source of truth.

  3. What was wrong: Several industry links pointed at slugs that no longer existed, producing 404s.

What we changed: Repointed the links to live pages and added permanent redirects for the retired slugs so external links still resolve.

The principles behind this policy

Why we correct in public rather than quietly editing pages.

  • 01Correct in place, don't delete. A retracted claim you can still see is more trustworthy than a page that vanished.
  • 02Date the change. Readers should be able to tell what a page said when they last read it.
  • 03Name the mistake plainly. No 'clarifications' that are really corrections in disguise.
  • 04Fix the category, not just the instance. If one page had a wrong figure, we check every page using that figure.
  • 05Credit the reporter when they want it including competitors.
  • 06Escalate client-data disputes immediately: unpublish first, review second.

Built to be read in 30 seconds, useful in 5 minutes

Every Company section is written to be scannable in 30 seconds and useful in 5 minutes whether you're a founder skimming or a team lead going deep.

  • 01Clear headings and sub-headings so you can jump straight to what matters.
  • 02A short FAQ at the bottom answering the questions founders actually ask us.
  • 03Consistent naming across services, industries and locations no jargon soup.
  • 04Every claim is scoped and specific no vague superlatives or unfalsifiable promises.
  • 05Updated dates so you know when we last reviewed the content.

The editorial standard behind every word on this site

A quick note on the editorial standard we hold every Company section to before it ships:

  • 01Original perspective in every section written by operators, not rewritten from competitors.
  • 02Clear relationships between our team, services and case studies so you can trace any claim.
  • 03Deep links to related services, industries and case studies so you can go one level deeper.
  • 04Same company details (name, address, contact) across the site no mixed messages.
  • 05Direct links to our LinkedIn, X and Instagram so you can verify the humans behind it.

Operating principles behind everything we do

01

Revenue-first

If a task can't be tied to a specific P&L line within a defined window, it doesn't ship.

02

Senior-only

No junior operates unsupervised on a client account. Every deliverable is signed off by a lead.

03

Ecommerce-only

Shopify, Shopify Plus and WooCommerce. We say no to SaaS, lead-gen and marketplaces.

04

Weekly rhythm

Weekly scorecard tied to your P&L, weekly ship review, monthly strategy, quarterly roadmap.
